Before Christmas I was contacted by Jogga who is a local singer / songwriter / performer and producer of www.on-the-couch.co.uk. He had noticed my paintings and vessels and asked me if I would like to display some work via his new online gallery that he has set up with his good friend Amy Duncalf. They are based above the Griffin Pub in Earlestown. I was flattered to be asked to do an interview about the financial, creative, practical struggles of an artist. Some of my work is featured here:
http://rockingdot.com/
The interview might be online soon too but I think I enthusiastically babbled so much that they are still picking the Dictaphone apart. The interview was supposed to be about 45 minutes. It lasted for 2 hours.........
The rocking.com project is in it's infancy but please keep an eye on this enthusiastic group.

On in Warrington Article - Open Mic, The Stocks Pub
After much talk and enthusiastic swapping of ideas, the Warrington Creative Group, led by a very hard working Graeme Goulden, set up a modest online magazine highlighting the cultural goings-on in Warrington. The site www.oninwarrington.com will feature all sorts of music, food, art and .....weird stuff from the area. I'm using the site to shed a light on community arts and the hard work of creatives around the town. Here is my first article about open mic nights in Warrington. Flanksh.

New year and new challenges
Hello!
I have list (checking it twice...) of creative tasks, admin, ideas and networking opportunities that needs to be ticked off. The ideas on my list include......
. Beach Ball Vessels
. Alice In Plasters
. Rugby Wolf
. Atheist Toast

. Painting with speakers
Also this month I need to organise an acoustic charity fund raiser and maybe look for another full time job as my contract is coming to an end.
Thanks for support from everyone that visited my art stall recently, provided inspiration, support, coffee and donuts.
Thanks for friends with good advice.
Thanks to my family for everything.
